Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime, with no friction.

You may cancel your Pith subscription at any time through your online account dashboard. No phone calls, chats, or emails are required. Email cancellation is also available as a backup by contacting support@trypith.com.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellations processed before your next renewal date will prevent future charges. If you cancel after being charged for the current cycle, your subscription remains active through the end of that billing period — supplement shipments and app access continue until then.

Pre-renewal reminders

We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal charge. This email confirms the amount to be charged and includes instructions for canceling or modifying your subscription.

After cancellation

• No further supplement shipments will be sent.
• App access continues through the end of your current paid period and may persist briefly thereafter as our systems reconcile your subscription state. Once reconciled, your account reverts to the free tier.
• Your cognitive training data and history are preserved on your account.

Not ready to cancel?

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months instead. During a pause, billing and supplement shipments are suspended. App access continues until shortly after your next scheduled billing date; once your subscription has not received a payment for 30+ days, your app reverts to the free tier until you resume.
