Shipping for Subscriptions
All subscription orders include free shipping within the United States. No minimum order required.
Shipping for One-Time Purchases
Standard shipping rates apply for one-time (non-subscription) purchases. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment
- Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days depending on your location
- All orders ship within the United States only at this time
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check order status from your account dashboard.
Fulfillment
Our supplement products are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner directly to your door. Digital products (Pith Premium App) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@trypith.com before your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@trypith.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
