Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any Pith supplement product.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund
- Applies to your first order only
- Full refund for the product cost
- Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household

Supplement Products (Physical Goods)
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging (opened or unopened)
- The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first orders only
- Subsequent orders are eligible for refund only if the product is unopened and in original condition
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@trypith.com
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- We will provide return shipping instructions if the product needs to be sent back
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm eligibility
Shipping Costs
- First-order guarantee returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
- Damaged or incorrect products: We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your choice
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error
Non-Refundable Items
- Products returned after the 30-day window (for first orders) or in opened condition (for subsequent orders)
- Products not purchased directly from trypith.com or an authorized Pith storefront
Digital Products (Pith App)
Premium App Subscription
- You may cancel your Premium App subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
- App access continues through the end of your current paid period and may persist briefly thereafter as our systems reconcile your subscription state. Once reconciled, your account reverts to the Free tier.
Bundle Subscriptions (Starter, Core, Complete)
- See the Subscription Terms for cancellation, pause, and modification policies
- The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the supplement component of your first bundle order
- The digital (app) component follows the Premium App cancellation policy above
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To switch products:
- Request a refund for the original order (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired product
For bundle subscribers: you can swap supplement products within your subscription without needing a return. See Subscription Terms.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery, or within a reasonable time after discovering the issue
- Include photos of the damage
- We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
Your Rights Under Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where state or federal law provides greater refund or return rights than stated here, those rights apply.
