Subscription Terms
Overview
Sage Mind, Inc. operates the Pith cognitive wellness platform. Pith offers subscription plans that combine cognitive training (the Pith App) with targeted supplement products. These terms govern recurring subscriptions purchased through trypith.com.
Subscription Tiers

Prices are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice to subscribers.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date
- Payment is processed automatically through your chosen payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email for each billing cycle
- If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3-5 business days before suspending your subscription
Supplement Shipments
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of billing
- Delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location
- You are responsible for providing and verifying a correct shipping address
- Shipments are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner (currently Supliful) and shipped directly to you
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account dashboard. You may also cancel by emailing support@trypith.com as a backup.
- Cancellations processed before your next renewal date will prevent future charges. If you cancel after being charged, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- Supplement shipments stop after cancellation; no further shipments will be sent.
- App access continues through the end of your current paid period and may persist briefly thereafter as our systems reconcile your subscription state. Once reconciled, your account reverts to the Free tier.
- We will not make it harder to cancel than it was to subscribe.
Pausing Your Subscription
- Bundle subscribers may pause their subscription for up to 3 months
- During a pause, billing and supplement shipments are suspended
- When you pause, your app access continues until shortly after your next scheduled billing date. Once your subscription has not received a payment for 30+ days, your app reverts to the Free tier. Resume your subscription at any time to restore full access.
- Your subscription automatically resumes after the pause period unless you cancel. We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription resumes.
Modifying Your Subscription
Changing Products
- Bundle subscribers can swap supplement products within their subscription
- Product swaps take effect with your next scheduled shipment. Until then, your subscription continues to ship and your app may continue to display your prior product selection.
- No additional charge for swapping products within the same tier
Upgrading
- You may upgrade your tier at any time (e.g., Starter to Core)
- Upgrades take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle (your choice)
- If upgraded immediately, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period
Downgrading
- You may downgrade your tier at any time (e.g., Core to Starter)
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You retain access to your current tier's benefits through the end of the current period
Canceling Supplements, Keeping the App
- If you cancel a Bundle subscription, you may choose to downgrade to a Premium App subscription ($19/mo) instead of canceling entirely
- Your cognitive training data and history are preserved
Refunds
- The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to the supplement component of your first bundle order only

- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
- Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion for billing errors or service disruptions
Auto-Renewal & Pre-Renewal Notifications
All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Pre-renewal notification: We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal charge. This email will confirm the amount to be charged and remind you of how to cancel or modify your subscription.
Your rights: You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation is available through your online account dashboard or by contacting support@trypith.com.
Subscription Disclosure & Confirmation
When you subscribe, we commit to:
- Before purchase: Subscription pricing, renewal frequency, and cancellation method are clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
- After purchase: You will receive a confirmation email containing your subscription details, the amount you will be charged, the renewal frequency, and instructions for how to cancel.
- Before each renewal: We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal charge.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription online through your account dashboard at any time, without needing to call or email anyone. Email cancellation via support@trypith.com is also available as a backup.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
