Delete your Pith account

You can permanently delete your Pith account and the personal data tied to it. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to request this.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address on your Pith account and we'll process your deletion. Use the button below, or write to support@trypith.com with the subject "Delete my account."

Request account deletion

We verify the request comes from your account email, then delete your data. We respond within 30 days (no later than 45).

If you still have the app installed, the fastest way is in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in)
  • Your cognitive training data (scores, reaction times, progress, insights)
  • Your supplement logs and subjective wellness check-ins
  • Your rewards, streaks, and personalization data

Your analytics identifier is removed from our analytics and email tools as part of the same process.

What we have to keep

For legal and accounting reasons we retain limited records we can't delete on request:

  • Order and billing records (tax/accounting, typically up to 7 years), stored by our commerce provider, not in the app.
  • A minimal, anonymized audit entry recording that a deletion was completed.

If you have an active subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, and you don't have to cancel before deleting. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it separately from your account portal (or at trypith.com/apps/subscriptions) so you aren't billed again.
